didn't turn out at all how i expected - the wiltons pink was a lot darker & redder than i thought it would be, luckily pink lemonade koolaid to the rescue, and the purple split into lilac & blue.. but i still like it & can't wait to see how it spins up!!*note to self- get more reliable dyes*

looks great!!! and yeah, never put the vingar in the colour with wiltons, it splits the colours. I add it after the wool has soaked up the colour
oo ta for that razz! the purple was actually the very last drops of a bottle of americolor stuff, but i guess the same applies.. that'll teach me to go following instructions off the internet huh?! ;)

thanks for the tip Razz, must try that next time, I used liquid food colouring for my purple and it only split a tiny bit but I normally use the gels.
