More truffles.. but not for me!

I've just finished making a big pile of yule log truffles for our friends that are coming round tonight, as little xmas gifts.. I call them yule log truffles because you wrap the mixture up in gladwrap as a sausage to chill, and the gladwrap makes a bark effect on the outside.. I made dark choc & cashew ones, dark choc & sultana ones, and triple choc & cherry ones.. and yes, that is a large dinner plate that they are on! that's a lot of truffle-goodness.. The sad thing is, i can't eat any of them! I used up my stash of dairy-containing chocolate chips to make these, so no truffles for me....
